Branch Manager – Financial Services

About the Role: Manager, Member Services

Work with an accomplished team of like-minded advisors and managers who, like you, have a passion for not only solving customer’s financial puzzles but also providing simple financial consultation and, building long lasting relationships with their customers and teams.

Day-to-day Responsibilities: 

  • Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the bank’s objectives.
  • Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for bank personnel.
  • Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
  • Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.

About you:

  • Minimum of 5+ years experience within the financial services sector, 3+ years of branch management experience (preferably in private banking).
  • Most recent experience in a member/client facing role.
  • Excellent communicator both verbally and written with proven presentation skills.
  • Designation requirement – must have a Mutual Funds License (PFP or CFP designations are a value ad).
  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience, preferred.
  • You are a self-starter who takes pride in being a strong representative of your brand.
