This is a Full-time position in Saint-Léonard, QC posted October 4, 2017.

Our client, an extrusion company, is interested in hiring four new Account Managers in North America to participate in their significant growth plans. While we service both commodities and added value products we are looking to grow the “converted flexible packaging sector” such as printed products, laminates, tubing etc.
An avid business developer or hunter. Someone comfortable identifying opportunistic accounts, obtaining meeting with, qualifying their needs and matching these to company capabilities and ultimately closing new business;
A self-starter or resourceful sales person;
Ideally someone comfortable working in less than highly structured environments or organizations;
Ideally experienced working for private enterprises;
Someone willing to take on a task to grow a territory or account base from nothing. Not necessarily for sure but a possibility;
Home office based;
Willing to travel extensively;
Can deal effectively with all types of accounts. A proven track record in dealing with sophisticated multifaceted organizations;
Ideally has worked in our industry. Film extrusion, printing, lamination and converting;
Preferably has recent experience in markets we currently participate; industrial packaging, construction grade polyethylene, heavy duty shipping sacs, bottom seal bags, sheeting etc;
Additional benefit to having experience in flexographic printing;
Perhaps experience in markets or applications not currently considered part of the company’s core area of expertise; Accountable to achieve the objectives and performance targets set out in the Business Development strategy;
