Appointmentsetter has partnered with nationally-renowned brand name companies in search to find a few outgoing and customer-focused individuals to assist with the development of new and existing customers across Canada and the USA.

Role: Inside sales and business development Specialist (no actual selling involve)

Starting Salary: Base of $12/hour + unlimited commissions and bonuses.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Contacting small and medium sized businesses to generate business contact leads, update database and set appointments among other duties in a wide variety of industries.

Industries include: Insurance, Legal, Financial, Telecommunication, Manufacturing, Health Care and many others.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a few professional inside sales representative with traceable references. The successful applicant must be:

– Persuasive and driven to succeed.

– Strong telephone communication skills with English as a first language.

– It is essential that you have a winning attitude, a first-class work ethic, a strong closer and have solid time management skills.

– Knowledge and experience in CRM systems an asset (ACT by Sage CRM)).

– Ability to work with a group of 4 others as a team after training – Proficient with MS word and excel.

– Consistently meeting productivity objectives and customer satisfaction metrics.

– Meeting monthly productivity goals – Includes call quotas, quality service metrics, team performance.

PAID TRAINING
– Full training is provided in the following areas – Sales technique and procedures – Customer service – CRM training – Basic IT training – Voice coaching – Lead management
