Commercial Sales Director


This is a Full-time position in See description posted October 1, 2017.

• Sales training
• 1-on-1 monthly funnel reviews with account managers
• Direct & indirect customer calls
• Internal escalations
• Key partner activity
• Assist VP of Sales in strategic discussions around partnerships & specific lines of business.
• Ensure sales and revenue targets are being met and exceeded
• Provide sales expertise and guidance to team members and staff to foster and enhance sales capabilities
• Build and maintain strong internal partnerships with other teams
• Effectively communicate and enforce policies and procedures
• Manage staff performance and ensure they are meeting all expectations
• Lead, coach and motivate team to achieve required results
• Set employee compensation as per prescribed HR guidelines
• Complete annual performance reviews and set individual and departmental objectives for staff

• Bilingual (English & French) an asset.
• Extensive knowledge in B2B Sales best practices and trends
• Ability to work effectively and diplomatically with all levels of management and cross functional teams
• Stay current on all related industry best practices relating to sales

Computer Skills and Software Used:• Microsoft Exchange, Office, Skype for Business, Dynamics.

Working Conditions:• Office environment – Quarterly travel to other offices or as required – Availability after hours as required.
