Inside Sales Representative (EN/FR)

About Us:

Pacific Smoke International is Canada’s largest and leading distributor of electronic vaporizers and e-liquids. We have achieved tremendous growth over the last two years and are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to help in the increasing demand for our products.

Positions Overview: The Sales Representative reports to the Director of Sales, and is responsible for the achievement of the sales targets, as well as the development of new markets for the Eastern Canada. In this role, the Sales Representative is directly involved in the conduct of the business, and supports the team in its efforts to maintain commitment as to the highest standards of customer service. He/she must support Director of Sales in the development of the segment activities in the territory, in accordance with the company’s mission, values, policies, and business plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong and long term relationships with existing accounts, prospect and develop new business relationships/customer accounts in the Eastern Canada
  • Manage monthly appointment activity and sales calls
  • Manage monthly sales activities such as forecasts, customer and partner agreements
  • Demonstrating ownership for the business on his/her assigned territory by understanding fully the industrial environment, assessing and identifying the key customers and by engaging in the right mix of activities in support of assigned product(s) while ensuring a customer focused approach, including proper documentation of each customer interaction;
  • In close collaboration with the operations team, manage all aspects of the portfolio and develop strategies that ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Resolve customer situations by investigating problems, develop solutions and proposing recommend actions to ensure customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a stellar relationship with peers and external stakeholders
  • Representing PSI in a complex business environment that is constantly being shaped by competitive activities, government legislation and technological developments;


– Bachelor’s degree

– 3 years sales experience in a similar position with proven track record of sales success

– Results driven, perseverant, and strong sense of entrepreneurship

– Strong customer focus and collaboration skills

– Strong knowledge of industry standards, laws and regulations will be an asset

– Ability to analyze, plan, implement and control (APIC)

– High level of business integrity and ethics

– Valid Driver’s license – Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

– Language: Bilingualism is mandatory (French & English)
