Job Description:

The Inbound Call Centre Agent will receive calls from existing customers and offer them promotions as well as upgrades to the customers internet and cable packages.

Location: Hamilton, Ontario inside Jackson Square

Training: Fully paid at hourly wage

Full-Time: 32-40 hours per week (this is not a contract position)
