Job Description

Customer Service Representative

We are looking for individuals to represent our client, TELUS Communications. You will help us provide current and future clients with exceptional customer service and help us achieve our ambitious sales quotas. We are looking to hire future team leads and management therefore you will be highly motivated to succeed and be determined to advance your career with us. We will train you!

Role and Responsibilities:

· Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule

· Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlets and attending daily trainings

· Submits orders and follow up on leads

· Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations

· Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports

· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing

· Establishing personal networks with clients


· Exceptional customer service

· Time management and ability to organize

· Opening and closing sales with the ability to negotiate

· Self-drive and motivation


· Must be over the age of 18 years

· Must be able to pass Criminal Background check

· Must be available to work Full Time (Mon-Fri)
