In recent decades, many studies have been conducted regarding the physiological and psychological effects of motivation. Medical professionals and scientists focusing on the areas of neurology, biology and similar subjects of science have conducted these studies in an effort to help people who suffer from the effects of low self esteem, severe depression and even extreme levels of anxiety In this article we will investigate the physiological and psychological effects of motivation.

In addition, physical symptoms and problems such as an increase in blood pressure on the body and even ulcers may be effects that lead around the unmotivated individual.
