Our central Toronto client, a growing property management firm is in need of a Bookkeeper o be responsible for the financial reporting of commercial properties, leasing & payment administration and payroll.

The successful candidate should be a Quickbooks power user, demonstrate high professionalism, strong initiative, be personable and communicate adeptly. This opportunity is perfect for the individual looking to make an impact and be rewarded accordingly. Responsibilities:Maintain G/L and working paper files by posting journal entries, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statementsProcess Payroll, ROEs, T4 slips, vacation pay, HST filings, government remittancesInteract with superintendents and tradespeopleOther duties as requiredQualifications:Minimum 3+ years’ experience in full cycle accountingStrong computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Perfected communication and customer service skillsDetail-oriented, highly reliable and trustworthyCompensation:Salary: commensurate with experience, 2 weeks vacation, benefitsWe thank all those who apply however, only applicants chosen for an interview will be contacted.
