Are you ready for your work interview with Stryker?

September 28, 2017

Stryker is a surgical supplier with a reputation as a hard company to work for, but also has a strong place on the list of top 10 medical equipment companies in the United States. For the surgical sales assistant, Stryker is one of the top organizations that people want to join.

Many candidates interview with Stryker … but not many of them get offers.

Are you an interview with Stryker? Or do you have plans to go there after a sales position? You must be sure that you really understand their process and what they want in new ones.

Stryker seeks a unique candidate: a stubborn, aggressive person. They are an aggressive organization. Surgical salespeople are very well compensated for the work they do, but they deserve it. It's a fast, stressful and highly technical job with demanding clients (surgeons).

I have successfully escorted multiple candidates through Stryker's interview process. Candidates must aggressively address the Stryker interview process to meet the needs of the tenants. It is crucier than ever to show the performance results of the recruitment manager of recent jobs, a 30/60/90-day plan for success and understanding of the sales process and what it takes to be successful in this job. They must demonstrate their drive, energy, enthusiasm, focus and total lack of fear for rejection.

So how does coaching help? In addition to providing insight into what a Stryker manager might want to see in a 30/60/90-day plan, coaching can help you to ensure that your attitude and interview are responses to goal through role-play interviews.

It's a demanding business that requires you to start your game to find success.
